Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will oversee project expediting, budget, scope and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The role involves planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects while ensuring these projects align with the company’s overarching strategy and goals.

You’ll coordinate deliverables, manage timelines, and support smooth collaboration across teams for projects related to our Chrome extension and web-based platform.

Qualifications

Experience in Project Management
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Proven track record of managing projects from initiation to completion
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Management, or a related field

Technical Skills

Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Microsoft Project)
Basic understanding of programming concepts and common languages
Knowledge of database management principles
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance processes in software development

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and direct the completion of specific projects
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Coordinate project deliverables and manage timelines
Support smooth collaboration across engineering and design teams
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or blockers
Facilitate communication between stakeholders and team members
Prepare and present project status reports
Ensure projects align with company strategy and goals
Manage project scope and handle change requests
Conduct project retrospectives and implement process improvements
